Started in 1981 with the view to bring Auroville and Aurobindo Ashram products from Pondicherry to a wider public in Chennai, our shop has for the past so many years grown into a multifaceted store with a wide variety of products. In the beginning the line of products was dominated by the variety of produce from different units of Aurobindo Ashram and Auroville. This changed in the course of thirty years with the broadening of the outlook and the change in taste. Although there is still a strong link between Aesthetics and Aurobindo Ashram and Auroville, the focus has shifted to “aesthetic” products from all over India. Our effort is to bring high quality products of Indian origin to our customers from India and abroad.
